Hi, I'm Flare. You already know me since I was in PS! for a year. As my little "Anniversary" I will make banners for everyone who requests it.

Requests must have:
- 1 Pokemon (Can be your favorite Pokemon or your signature one)
- A quote or catchphrase of yours to put in (Or I could put "Official Eclipse Admin", etc.)
- A theme (Cool, cute, etc.)
- A BG (Sky, Rainbow, etc.)
